A 1500 fee will be deducted from the original deposit amount/payment made if the order is cancelled at least 5 business days (Saturday, Sundays and Holidays not included) prior to the job order execution date and the remaining balance will be paid to you by check within 7-10 business days.

A 3000 fee will be deducted from the original deposit amount/payment made if the order is cancelled less than 2 business days prior to the job order execution date and the remaining balance will be paid to you by check within 10-20 business days.

If a cancellation request is received one business day prior to scheduled job execution date, you will be charged a 6000 against emergency fee. However, If a cancellation request is received after our crew departs for your location you will be charged a 3000 no show fee in addition to the 1500 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file per our terms and conditions.

No refunds are offered for cancellations against the payment made for services applied if the order is cancelled after our crew departs for your location or even on the same day.

If your situation has changed and you are no longer sure of your moving dates or destination you may opt to move your reservation to pending status. This will cancel your current order(s) and allow them to be rescheduled at any time within twelve months without penalty. Orders can be rescheduled for any location in or outside the country; it is not tied to your original location. Short Term cancellation will not attract any refund and will be adjusted against your next move only. Price may be changed based on the services you opt for based on your requirement.
